On 29/08/2023 (Tuesday), to celebrate National Sports Day, various sports like volleyball, basketball were held in the campus. The learners of Shree H. J Gajera English Medium School, Primary Section, participated enthusiastically in all the events. National Sports Day is commemorated to celebrate the birth anniversary of Indian hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand who was a great Olympian and greatest hockey player. Keeping in mind on his 118th birth anniversary, the theme for this year’s National Sports Day of 2023, “Sports are an enabler to an inclusive and fit society” we organized competition for the learners of class 3rd to 7th. For the event along with all the learners, even the coaches too gave their full effort to make this event a success.
