Guidelines to Parents
Working Together for Every Child's Success
Partnering for Holistic Development
The holistic development of every child depends upon a strong partnership between the school and parents. Together, we can nurture responsible, confident, disciplined and compassionate individuals. Parents are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure quality education, character building, student safety and the overall well-being of every learner.
General Guidelines
Please read and follow these important instructions throughout the academic year.
Read the Student Code of Conduct
Parents are requested to carefully read the Student Code of Conduct and ensure that their child understands and follows all school rules, regulations and disciplinary expectations.
Build Strong Character
Encourage discipline, honesty, punctuality, cleanliness, responsibility and respect for teachers, elders and fellow students to help develop positive values and good character.
Regular Attendance
Ensure that your child attends school regularly, reaches the campus on time and actively participates in all academic and co-curricular activities.
Leave Application
Whenever your child remains absent from school, kindly submit a leave application mentioning the reason for absence to maintain proper attendance records.
Learning Materials
Provide all required textbooks, notebooks, school diary and stationery items properly covered, labelled and maintained throughout the academic year.
English Communication
As this is an English Medium School, parents are encouraged to motivate their children to communicate confidently in English both at home and at school.
Health & Hygiene
Do not send your child to school if suffering from any contagious illness. Inform the school immediately and allow the child to recover completely before returning.
Early Departure
Students may leave school early only in unavoidable circumstances and must be accompanied by an authorized parent or guardian carrying the Parent Identity Card.
Parent–Teacher Meetings
Parents are requested to attend every Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) to discuss their child's academic progress, behaviour and overall development with the teachers.
School Uniform & Belongings
Ensure that your child wears the prescribed school uniform neatly every day and brings only the required books, notebooks and study materials to school.
Responsible Use of Technology
Guide your child to use mobile phones, computers and the internet responsibly. Encourage educational use while maintaining healthy screen-time habits.
School–Parent Partnership
Maintain regular communication with the school and work together with teachers to create a positive, supportive and encouraging learning environment for your child.
Important Note
Parents are requested to maintain regular communication with the school, attend Parent–Teacher Meetings, monitor their child's academic progress and actively support school activities. A strong partnership between parents and teachers plays a vital role in ensuring every student's academic success, character development and overall well-being.
