Admission Procedure
Pre-primary
In every section of Gajera Vidyabhavan, children from all walks of life are admitted without any discrimination on the basis of vacancy. The standard admission process is as follows.
Pre-primary
Dear Parents,
Gajera Vidyabhavan, Pre-Primary Section Academic Year 2023-2024 Nursery, Jr.Kg. Sr.Kg. Gujarat Board Gujarati Medium, English Medium and CBSE admissions have started.
As per the order of the Government, admission is to be given in all the states according to the age of the child.
Age limit for admission 2023-2024:
For Playgroup:Â The birth date of the child should be between 01-06-2020 and 31-05-2021.
For Nursery:Â The birth date of the child should be between 01-06-2019 and 31-05-2020.
For Jr.Kg.:Â The birth date of the child should be between 01-06-2018 and 31-05-2019.
For Sr.Kg.:Â The birth date of the child should be between 01-06-2017 and 31-05-2018.
According to the policy rules announced by the government for the academic year 2023-24, the children who will complete 6 years of age on June 1, 2023 will be eligible for admission in Std 1st.
Documents Required for Admission in Pre-primary
 Original Birth certificate of child (English version).
 Xerox of child’s Birth Certificate.
 Passport size photo of students and 2 passport-size photos of parents (mother and father).
 Father LC, Aadhar card, Passport, Blood Group and Address Proof (light bill or vera bill) of students and Parents (Original and Xerox).
 Passbook Xerox of any account of Father
Primary
Admission to 1st Standard :
Normally, students studying in Pre-Primary Section of our school are promoted to First standard with formality of filling up forms and paying the required fees. After that if any vacancy is available in standard One than admission will be given with following priorities like Internal transfer from other Gajera branches, immediate brother or sister of the current Gajera students, other school students who are eligible for admission in standard one. Admission procedure for standard one normally starts in the month of April every year.
Admission to Standard 2nd to 8th :
Admission to standard 2 to 8 will be given purely on the bases of availability of seats in respective standards. Admission procedure to these standards begins in May every year. Parents are advised to register their child’s name for admission during end of April to be considered for admission. If more candidates are there compare to seats available than admission will be given on the criteria decided by Management every year. (Like giving preference to current student’s immediate brother & sisters or based on merit or by conducting entrance exams)
Secondary
Admission to 9th Standard
Normally, students studying in Primary Section of our school are promoted to Ninth standard with formality of filling up forms and paying the required fees. After that if any vacancy is available, then admission will be given with following priorities like Internal transfer from other Gajera branches, immediate brother or sister of the current Gajera students, other school students who are eligible for admission in standard Ninth. Admission procedure for standard Ninth normally starts during end of April every year after Primary Result is announced.
Admission to Standard XI – Science and XI – Commerce
Admission will be given as per the guideline from District Education Office, Surat, normally after the Result of SSC Board (Gujarat) is declared.
Admission to Standard X and XII – Science / Commerce
Admission to these standards will be given purely on the bases of availability of seats in respective standards. Admission procedure to these standards begins in May after Result are out for respective classes every year.
