Regular Attendance Builds Responsible Learners
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and discipline throughout the academic year. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school by ensuring that the following rules are strictly followed.
Students should reach the school at least 15 minutes before the school bell. Late arrivals will be marked in the Student Diary. Repeated late coming may lead to disciplinary action.
Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% of the total working days during the academic year to become eligible for the Annual Examination.
Absence due to illness must be supported by a valid Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
The name of a student may be removed from the school rolls if he/she remains absent for a prolonged period without prior intimation.
Students suffering from any contagious or infectious disease must not attend school until they are completely recovered.
Parents should submit a written leave application whenever their child remains absent from school to maintain proper attendance records.
