The third day of Navratri at Shree H.J. Gajera English Medium Primary School, Katargam, was a vibrant celebration filled with devotion, joy, and energy. The entire school came together to honor the Goddess Durga, creating an atmosphere of unity and reverence.
The day commenced with an inspiring aarti and stuti dedicated to Mataji. The students and teachers gathered to offer their prayers. The rhythmic clapping and devotion created an immersive experience, allowing everyone to connect deeply with the divine.
Following the aarti, the school organized a special Yoga Session. The practice of yoga, a symbol of balance between mind, body, and soul, was incorporated into the day’s festivities to remind students of the importance of holistic well-being. The session was led by an experienced yoga instructor who guided the children through a series of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). The students participated with enthusiasm, learning how the physical discipline of yoga complements spiritual practices, promoting inner peace and harmony.
With such vibrant and meaningful celebrations, the school continues to set an example of how tradition and modern practices can be beautifully woven together to create a well-rounded learning experience.
