On 13th August 2025, Shree H. J. Gajera English Medium School, Primary Section, Katargam, organized a Tri-Colour Healthy Salad Decoration Competition for students of Standards 3, 4, and 5. The event aimed to combine the patriotic spirit of Independence Day with the importance of healthy eating.
Students prepared salads using fresh vegetables and fruits in saffron, white, and green, symbolizing the Indian flag. The judgment was based on creativity, presentation, and hygiene, encouraging students to think innovatively while maintaining cleanliness.
Colourful plates, unique arrangements, and nutritious combinations won the hearts of the audience. The competition not only showcased the talent of young minds but also inspired them to make healthy food choices in a fun and artistic way.
