On 16th February, 2025, Sunday “Orientation program of Integrated Program of JEE/NEET by Aakash Institute long with Farewell Ceremony” was organized for the students of Class 10.
The event initiated with a loud round of applause welcoming the esteemed guests from Aakash Institute, Director Mr. Jayesh Patel, Campus Director Ms. Gulab Vasani, along with respected principal of all the section, vice principals, educators, parents, Students, and other helping staff initiated the proceedings with a call for a loud round of applause. A key highlight of the event was the announcement of Gajera Trust “tie up” with Aakash Institute, a prominent coaching center for JEE and NEET preparation, to provide dedicated coaching sessions for the students of Grade 11 & 12 Science. The representatives of Aakash Institute explained about their working concepts and how Students can seamlessly manage their regular school classes alongside the Aakash coaching sessions. They further added that Students will get specialized coaching along with valuable resources, academically expert’s guidance and counseling along with regular NCERT curriculum under one roof within the school premises, allowing students to access quality coaching without needing to travel to a separate Aakash center. Both parents and students showed great interest in this new venture initiated by Gajera Trust.
We also had a questionnaire round in which parents were allowed to get their doubts cleared by Aakash Institute representatives. Nearly 100 numbers of parents witnessed this orientation program. After the completion of the orientation program, Parents were requested to leave the school campus.
The Assembly Hall came alive with an emotions and memories, marking the culmination of the students’ journey at the school. The backdrop was decorated appropriately keeping in mind the occasion, painted in different shades of colours, and thoughtful quotes. The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers, to reminisce joyous moments.
Elegantly dressed, the students entered the school premises and they were well received by the teachers.The young ladies glowed in colouredsarees whereas gentlemen carried themselves smartly in traditional wear and suits.
Our Principal Mr. Nitin Patil emphasized the values that the school had inculcated in the students which they must carry with them wherever they go.He delivered insightful reflections on the journey of the students, offering words of wisdom and encouragement for their future endeavours. Students and teachers were also given the opportunity to share their advice and experiences, fostering a sense of community and support.
The stage conversation of the Students took everyone through the memory lanes, where they mentioned the various activities, they participated in, their experiences about school, teachers and their friends. Our teachers through their speeches advised the students to prepare well.
Throughout the ceremony, a diverse range of performances showcased the talents and creativity of the students expressing gratitude and celebrating their bond.
This memorable occasion will undoubtedly remain etched in the hearts of all who attended, as they bid farewell to the Batch 2024-25 students and look forward to their future endeavors.
It was a memorable moment in life of Std 10 students as it was the farewell for them. The air was buzzing with happiness and anticipation.
The event ended with the students’ exchanging wishes over brunch. It marked the end of a beautiful phase and the beginning of an important phase for our dear students.
The entire batch left a trail of nostalgia behind. They expressed their gratitude towards all the teachers and the school, for making this journey so meaningful for them, and also for arranging a long-awaited farewell function.
