Organizing a sports event for learners are not just about competition; it's an opportunity for them to have fun, develop physical skills, and foster a love for an active lifestyle. In this blog, we'll explore the exciting world of sports for the youngest athletes and how it contributes to their overall growth.
It is one of the most loved events of the year; the children very longingly look forward to it. In recognition of the need to inculcate the sporting spirit in, the school organized the SPORTS MEET 2023-24 for kindergarten LEARNERS, PARENTS and for EDUCATORS.
The sporting extravaganza commenced with the torch run by the learners. The ceremony commences with the wonderful ‘March Past’, where the parade is performed by all the four houses and led by their house captains. Different games were held for them wherein everyone took part enthusiastically.
Selecting age-appropriate sports activities is crucial. Think about activities that focus on fundamental movements like balance the ball, hurdle race, ready to school, three legged race, drag the ring, turtle walk, etc.
It brought a new energy in the heart and mind of everyone. The most awaited result was also declared. The winners were felicitated with the medals. This day was marked with great joy of discovering the inner talent in the field of sports and games. It built sportsmanship, leadership, unity and competitive spirit among the students.
Sports games add excitement and build a sense of unity. It was a day filled with fervor and exhilaration, amidst thrills and cheers.
